There are some nice improvement in FM 2008, you must choose your pitch size, you have to decided your winning competition bonus. And you will see ticket sales update, preview match with team analysis and team comparison, opposite team talk instruction, and match analysis in the end of game.

The solid back four will make your squad completely “Strong”, just make a little substitution for “Old Hero” Gary Neville, Wes Brown is best substitute but you can try Bardsley or John O’shea (I like this guy, he plays very well in any position)

Depending on how much money given to you you will have to mix and match on these players but if you get at least five players bought into these positions(other positions filled by players already playing for arsenal i have mentioned),you should be getting wins week in week out with player ratings of at least 7.5 especially the CAM who should be et to playmaker who will get match ratings of around 8.3 and there will be a lot of 9″s and 10″s from the forwards if this is the case!
